Licence

When you buy GeoMatch through Adobe Exchange, GL-Solutions.AI, LLC (“we”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it with Adobe Lightroom Classic on the Macs you use, for personal or commercial photography work. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish GeoMatch or its code, or remove its notices.

Updates and support

Updates are delivered through Adobe Exchange. Support is by email at geomatch@gl-solutions.ai. GeoMatch reads data that Apple Photos stores in a format Apple doesn't document; a macOS update can stop it working until we release a fix, which we aim to do promptly.

Your photos and catalog

GeoMatch only reads your Photos library. It writes to your Lightroom Classic catalog when you apply changes, and each change can be undone in Lightroom. Keep backups of your catalog, as Lightroom recommends. Matched locations are estimates based on your iPhone photos; review them before relying on them.

Refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Adobe Exchange and its payment provider under their policies. If GeoMatch doesn't work for you, email us first — we'll try to help.

Warranty and liability

GeoMatch is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. GL-Solutions.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GeoMatch. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Trademarks

Adobe, Lightroom and Creative Cloud are trademarks of Adobe. Apple, iPhone, macOS and Apple Photos are trademarks of Apple Inc. GeoMatch is not made by or affiliated with Adobe or Apple.
